Hunter is a native of Colorado and attended the University of Colorado and pivoted to his passion for design and fabrication by earning his Associates degree and welding certifications from Lincoln Technical Institute in Denver. Hunter finished top of his class in design, fabrication, and has been with Flight Fabrication his entire career. Hunter and Weston Nassar are First Cousins whereby their collective talents and energy along with David Neuroth, Founder and Owner, creates a complimentary skillset, energy and synergy difficult to duplicate resulting in superior design, creativity and workmanship. Hunter now leads all fabrication at Flight, unlocking ideas utilizing new build technologies to bring customer dreams and ideas to reality.
Born and raised in Longmont, Colorado, David always had a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and design. His expertise spans intricate steelwork, parametric modeling, and large-scale architectural elements, working closely with designers, builders, and artisans to bring high-end residential projects to life. A previous background in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry for seven years, David has developed a passion for mechanical systems, the research and development of manufacturing processes, and innovative design. David finds inspiration in transforming architectural visions into precision-engineered, fabrication-ready designs, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of materials and manufacturing processes. Whether skiing in the mountains or camping by the lake, his love for nature fuels his passion for creating enduring, high-quality steelwork that stands the test of time.
Weston Nassar is the founder and owner of Flight Fabrication and Iron, and began working on job sites as a young boy at his father’s development and construction company, Nassar Development, LLC. There Wes learned the core values of traditional craftsmanship and quality by doing virtually every aspect of construction. It was welding that Wes found his passion and was mentored on the job for six years by a longtime family friend and fabrication company owner who exclusively did ND’s ski resort luxury homes. Weston attended Colorado State University and also Front Range Community College welding school, where he obtained all his welding certifications in various welds and fabrication disciplines.
Wes founded Flight Fabrication with a deep focus on custom fabrication and the highest quality specifically focused on luxury home treatments such as complex custom staircases and railings, steel decks and ornamental steel and metal fabrication. His award winning work can be found in some of the most amazing custom homes in Colorado, Napa Valley, CA, historic preservation projects and also featured in industry publications.
In addition to his expertise as a master welder and fabricator, Weston enjoys spending his weekends in the outdoors hiking and skiing with his wife, Veronica and their daughter, Vivian and their dog, Stella.
